HOTEL BOOKING ONLY
Need some help placing the framework for your upcoming trip? Then this is for you! You’ve already done the research, and know exactly where you want to stay —but you are looking for a little VIP treatment during your travels. Let us book your hotel for you and receive all of the benefits we receive with our partners (i.e., daily breakfast, upgrades, hotel credit, etc).
Boxwood Travel Design would love to coordinate your hotel bookings—whether it’s a weekend in NYC or a business trip to Chicago. Every hotel stay can be enhanced and elevated by leveraging our connections in the industry. We have access to all rates including exclusive promotional rates with our preferred partners and many times, can upgrade your amenities or experience.
Note: Elite status perks with hotel programs (Bonvoy Titanium, etc.) booked through us will provide additional amenities, property credits on top of what you normally receive in addition to being VIP’d directly with the hotel team. Please reach out to have us book your stays.

CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING
Focus on the joys of globe-trotting while we dial down the guesswork and eliminate hassles. We begin by researching and presenting destinations and hotels based on your travel preferences. We then help to coordinate and book logistics such as hotel bookings, transfers, car rentals, and airfare, and you will also receive all of the benefits from our partners (i.e., daily breakfast, upgrades, hotel credit, etc).
Fee: $500+ Per Trip for 1-5 Travelers
Price may increase according to the length of travel, number of travelers and the complexity of the trip design
CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING + CONCIERGE BOOKING
This level is ideal for clients who enjoy the art of traveling well but who don’t want to waste precious vacation time figuring out what to do or coordinating with restaurants, activity vendors, and hotel staff. We make travel seamless by researching destinations, hotels, activities, restaurants and more based on your travel preferences. We then help to coordinate and book all logistics such as hotel bookings, dining reservations, activities and excursions, spa appointments, transfers, car rentals, and airfare, and you will also receive all of the benefits from our partners (i.e., daily breakfast, upgrades, hotel credit, etc).
Fee: $750+ Per Trip for 1-5 Travelers
Price may increase according to the length of travel, number of travelers and the complexity of the trip design.

CONCIERGE SERVICEs
Starting at $250 for clients who book the Hedge and Globe service level—we can book your specific requests or our Boxwood recommended dining, spa services or sports/entertainment booking, including VIP seating/hospitality packages for major sporting events. Please inquire for more information.
flight bookings: Business/first/ private only
We are happy to quote air through the TRAVELLUSTRE Air Desk or other preferred air partners according to your needs.
International ticket fee: $100 per traveler Domestic: $50 per traveler
expedited planning
$1000+: This fee is for our last-minute travelers who need something booked - fast! It will be applied to any trip request that is within 60 days of travel.
VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION/. VIP Meet & Greet Services
We would love to arrange your airport transfers and VIP Meet & Greet services with our vetted partners for all our clients, upon request, at additional cost; to ensure timely and professional drivers..
Please note: Boxwood Travel Design only accepts clients booking accommodation through us. If you are using loyalty points for your accommodation, we kindly suggest coordination with your hotel's concierge for itinerary planning.
